WinePleasures Wine Tasting Tours: Customised & Chauffeured Grape Escapes in Italy, Portugal and Spain.
The 50 Great Cava Tour is a unique grape escape excursion allowing wine lovers to visit some of the 50 Great Cavas producers in Spain. All of the visits are highly personalised and owner and/or winemaker led. Bubble fans will really get a feel for what makes each Bodega so special. More importantly, though, through the visits you will come to understand Cava on a much grander scale…what makes it such a distinct region in terms of people, quality, innovation, and character.

I had a (wine) pleasure to have a bike tour organized by those lovely people.
We visited an incredible modernist winery designed by Martinell in Nulles. It was a nice winery tour showing the architecture, process of making wines and cavas finished with a nice wine tasting.
And the bike tour itself was well balanced and quite pleasant – not to many hills 🙂 I am not an experience bike user but I felt safe as we had a professional guide and we were equipped with helmets and all the extra gear. Which I think is important.
Views on the way to the winery were magnificent!
Definitely a day with Wine Pleasures is a day well spent!
We have had different experiences with different wine tour operators and organizers of wine tours. What we need is someone who organizes wine tasting tours who sets up appointments. Perhaps the most important requirement for us is that the wineries we visit understand that we have been making wine for seven years and do not need winery staff telling us how red wine is produced. Wine Pleasures delivers. Anthony Swift organized a wine tasting of wineries in the Montsant DO and Priorat DOQ regions of Catalonia, Spain. We visited wineries that are not frequently visited but frequently distribute wines to other countries. As a result we had the full attention of the winemaker or owner. We learned quite a bit about these two regions and visited one winery that has vineyards and winery buildings in each region. We enjoyed the wines and the winery/vineyard experience. I would recommend Wine Pleasures if you are interested in visiting wineries with a personal touch.
